I had a spectacular stay at this hotel! The breathtaking view of the lake from my room with a small balcony was absolutely stunning. While the room had all the luxurious amenities including a two-person whirlpool bathtub with a TV in the bathroom, sauna, steam bath, and Finnish shower, I found myself captivated by the beautiful lake and mountain views, reminding me to spend more time enjoying the grounds and nature surrounding this gem of a hotel.

The room was a dream come true with underfloor heating, a home theater, and a kitchenette perfectly set up. The King Size bed was so comfortable, and the mini-apartment feel was cozy and inviting.

The service here was exceptional! Every detail was attended to, especially by Daniel, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From booking a fantastic restaurant for dinner to taking care of every need, the staff, particularly Alejandra, truly made this experience one to remember.

The location is ideal, perched above a great beach and overlooking the lake. Being just a short drive away from popular sites like Circuito Chico and Cerro Lao Lao hikes added a touch of adventure to my trip. The beauty and tranquility of the surroundings were truly unmatched.
